Meet Pauline

I'm an educator, instructional designer and advocate for women navigating life after an ADHD diagnosis.

After my own diagnosis, I experienced something many women describe: relief at finally having answers, followed by uncertainty about what came next.

I found plenty of information about ADHD.

What I struggled to find was thoughtful guidance for making sense of what the diagnosis meant for my life, identity, relationships and future.

Beyond the Disconnect was created to help bridge that gap.

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience designing learning experiences for adults, I create evidence-informed courses and resources that combine education, reflection and practical tools for real life.

Because understanding ADHD is only the beginning.

The Gentle Unravelling

Many women with ADHD spend years learning how to adapt.

We learn to keep up. To push through. To become whoever we need to be in order to cope.

Then comes a diagnosis.

For many women, that's where the questions really begin.

Not just about ADHD, but about yourself.

Looking back at your life through a different lens.

Wondering which parts of you have always been there, and which parts developed simply to get by.

I created The Gentle Unravelling because this was the support I couldn't find after my own diagnosis.

A place to slow down, reflect, and gently explore identity, masking, relationships and what it means to build a life that works with your brain, instead of constantly working against it.

The founding cohort is currently taking shape.

If you'd like to be among the first women to experience the program, I'd love to let you know when enrolments open.
